Partial Refund
A partial refund means that Profitbuyz shall deduct an amount from the money you paid to purchase the item.
The amount deducted shall be determined by the condition of the item and the reason for the return.

Condition 2: The item had manufacturer defects and we are not able to offer you a replacement which then qualifies for a full refund but the item was not returned in original condition.

Replacement
We will offer you a replacement when the item has a manufacturer's defect, and it cannot be rectified. A replacement shall be sent from the UK.

For those who purchase "Brand New" items, there is a 12-month manufacturer's warranty included, which allows you to return the product to the manufacturer for assistance with any issues that may arise. Customers who have purchased a "Refurbished" product from us can take advantage of our 12-month return-to-base warranty. This allows you to return the device to us for a repair or a replacement, should there be an issue with your device. Should neither be possible at this time, we may offer you a full refund. These types of returns should be sent directly to our returns department, for which the address can be found below. Please note that this does not apply to any products that are described as "Fair" and such items come with a 3-month warranty only.

ProfitBuyz Warranty: This is a 12-month warranty offered by ProfitBuyz to customers on a device that is new but the manufacturers do not offer a warranty anymore. This warranty covers what the manufacturer’s warranty would handle
Manufacturer Warranty: This is a 12-month warranty from the manufacturer of the device. The customer does not need to return the device to ProfitBuyz. The customer should return the device to the manufacturer.

What isn’t covered by warranty
We want our customers to have confidence and peace of mind when they buy from ProfitBuyz but we acknowledge that we cannot cover every issue or incident in our warranty.
The warranty will not cover:
Physical Damage: Physical damage may occur as a result of mistreatment of the device, which can be intentional, accidental, or related to misuse or neglect. This encompasses a range of issues, including cracks, scratches, dents, and other indicators of damage. We encourage careful handling to prevent such occurrences.
Liquid damage: this refers to damage caused by any exposure to liquid, such as being dropped into water, or prolonged exposure to wet weather.
Any damage caused by a third party.
Any attempts to adapt or modify the device by yourself or a third party will void the warranty.
Any attempt to repair the device, undertaken by yourself or a third party, will void the warranty.
Any attempt to jailbreak, root, or modify the device after sale, by yourself or a third party, will void the warranty.
Any defect caused by incorrect or improper use of accessories.
Any defect caused by the use of third-party accessories.
Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear: this includes scratches to the touchscreen, scuffs, and marks.
Any software errors, or glitches that may occur due to faulty software.
Any reduction in battery health: a certain level of battery life degradation is expected to occur in any phone, and excessive use can cause a rapid reduction in battery life.
Any other faults arising from a reduction in battery health.
Any screen burn that has developed.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Upon receiving your device, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection to assess the nature of the defect/issue. If the issue falls under warranty coverage, our skilled technicians will diligently work to repair it and restore your item to its optimal condition. Should we encounter limitations in our ability to resolve the problem, we will gladly provide you with a replacement item of the same kind.
Our goal is to return your device to you as quickly as possible, with all issues completely resolved. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

It may have minor signs of use, and scratches not easily seen with the eyes from a distance of 30 centimetres. Items are in excellent condition.
Items are in good condition. It will have some scratches and signs of minor usage.
Batteries, where present, will have a minimum capacity of 80% relative to new (90% for Grade A+).
