Grade A+ Pristine Condition
Our pristine products are without any scratches or marks. It shows no sign of ever being used and can be regarded as brand new. It is in perfect condition.
Grade A
It may have minor signs of use, and scratches not easily seen with the eyes from a distance of 30 centimetres. Items are in excellent condition.
Grade B
Items are in good condition. It will have some scratches and signs of minor usage.
Grade C
Items are in acceptable condition. They will show signs of regular use, including visible scratches, but have been fully tested and are in good working condition.
Batteries, where present, will have a minimum capacity of 80% relative to new (90% for Grade A+).
These laptops have been fully tested and have issues, read the description below. In a B-grade cosmetic condition, all round, with noticeable marks and/or scratches to the lids and there may be some spots where a previous user has had a sticker or label, some of the bases have cracks. A couple of the screens have scratches, pressure marks and marks. Some of the keys are damaged. We have used Dell diagnostics software to test each component.
