Grade A+ Pristine Condition
Our pristine products are without any scratches or marks. It shows no sign of ever being used and can be regarded as brand new. It is in perfect condition.
Grade A
It may have minor signs of use, and scratches not easily seen with the eyes from a distance of 30 centimetres. Items are in excellent condition.
Grade B
Items are in good condition. It will have some scratches and signs of minor usage.
Grade C
Items are in acceptable condition. They will show signs of regular use, including visible scratches, but have been fully tested and are in good working condition.
Batteries, where present, will have a minimum capacity of 80% relative to new (90% for Grade A+).

Unit 1: 8GB DDR4 RAM, no storage drive, LCD has large crack on the bottom left with dead pixel bleed around it.
Unit 2: 16GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB NVMe SSD, USB ports on the right side are non-functional, keyboard is sticky/jammed on the right side.
Testing:- Laptops have been tested using an industry-standard software which performs hardware checks on the laptop components.
All power to BIOS fine with no errors or passwords. Fans run fine. (Unless stated otherwise).
Any included batteries hold charge but are not tested for their full duration. Batteries are consumable items.
Operating System:- No Operating Systems installed. This includes Windows and Linux.
