For items in our local store that do not require international shipping, the delivery time:
- Lagos: 2 to 3 days
- Outside Lagos: 3 days to 5 days
Due to security considerations, ProfitBuyz does not deliver to specific regions within Nigeria. Orders must be collected at the nearest designated collection center. ProfitBuyz regrets any inconvenience this policy may cause.

Returns
If you want to return your device, don’t worry!
You are guaranteed either a refund or a replacement.
Our UK phones come with a 21-day return policy, which means that the countdown for returns starts from the day your phone is delivered.
How to Return Devices:
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to notify us that you wish to return your order.
- If we have not shipped the order, we will give you a full refund or replacement
- If the order was shipped and you changed your mind, then when you recieve the order, send it back to us and you shall get full refund or replacement.
- Once your return is approved, you have an additional 7 days to send the item back to us, totalling up to 21 days to complete your return.
Warranty
All of our devices are fully refurbished by experienced technicians in the UK and are sold with a warranty, which covers all mechanical faults.
The warranty does NOT cover:
– Third-party software issues
– Damage due to wear and tear
– Damage from poor maintenance, eg failing to keep equipment clean, etc
– Accidents or tampering
– Battery issues, except for the upgraded battery
