Most businesses offer only 7 days return which they hardly fulfil and offer no refund even when it is the right thing to do.
We have been providing extended support for returns beyond our official policy period, and the approach has become unsustainable to us due to shifting market conditions, changes in shipping arrangements, and an unfortunate increase in the misuse of our flexible policies by a minority of clients. We have considerately decided to revisit our approach.
We always prioritize the interests of our customers and strive to ensure their satisfaction and happiness. However, we are experiencing significant financial impacts from our current policy, particularly in cases where it has been exploited. This has led us to conclude that a change is necessary to sustain our business. We appreciate your understanding as we implement this new direction.
Items must be in the same condition as received (sealed, unused, and undamaged).
A standard 10% administrative fee will apply.
For items that are unsealed/opened with no faults found, a 30% charge will apply.
Additional Support (Day 15 to Day 28):
We will provide warranty support at no cost for items received during this period. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
Beyond 28 Days:
We will provide warranty support only.
After this period, we may discard or dispose of unclaimed items due to stock control requirements.
We recognize that some customers may be disappointed by these changes, but we believe they are necessary and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Returning your phone to us is easy and hassle-free at ProfitBuyz. Here’s how it works:
If you want to return your order, you have to notify us within 7 days of your intention to return. If we approve your return, then you have another 7 days to send the item back.

Condition 1: The item arrived with manufacturer defects and we are unable to offer you a replacement.
Condition 2: The wrong item was sent and you prefer a refund. However, we have the right to decline the refund and send your correct order.

A partial refund means that Profitbuyz shall deduct an amount from the money you paid to purchase the item.
The amount deducted shall be determined by the condition of the item and the reason for the return.
Partial refund applies to any of the below condition
Condition 1: You had a change of mind and don’t want the item anymore.
Condition 2: The item had manufacturer defects and we are not able to offer you a replacement which then qualifies for a full refund but the item was not returned in original condition.
Condition 3: Return sent after 14 days period
Condition 4: Return request after the 7-day notification period
We will offer you a replacement when the item has a manufacturer’s defect, and it cannot be rectified. A replacement shall be sent from the UK.
To be eligible for a refund, make sure:
You notify us within 7 days of your purchase.
The item is returned in its original condition (as it was sent to you).
You follow the correct returns procedure outlined below.
Returns outside the 14-day notification period will not be refunded but may, at our discretion, be replaced or repaired.
When we receive your returned item, our team will evaluate it for processing. Processing takes 7 – 15 working days. Kindly allow us time.

Please be aware that you are responsible for courier costs, and we are not liable for lost items sent without sufficient insurance.
We are pleased to inform you that all of our products are accompanied by a warranty. For those who purchase “Brand New” items, there is a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty included, which allows you to return the product to the manufacturer for assistance with any issues that may arise. We can support you to get the manufacturer’s contact information if you find it difficult.

Customers who have purchased a “Renewed” product from us can take advantage of our 12-month return-to-base warranty. This allows you to return the device to us for a repair or a replacement, should there be an issue with your device. Should neither be possible at this time, we may offer you a full refund.
These types of returns should be sent directly to our returns department, for which the address can be found below. Please note that this does not apply to any products that are described as “Fair” and such items come with a 3-month warranty only.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process the returned item and shall update you through your email
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
